 AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE AND RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT

Balance Due at time of purchase is the Purchase Price minus the spay/neuter agreement amount minus the deposit (if any) (shipping charges or additional fees not included with sale price can be paid right before the puppy is ready to leave).  A minimum of 1/2 down is required for us to hold a puppy after birth, balance of the puppy is due 10 days to 2 weeks prior to the shipping date.  NO personal checks are accepted within 2 weeks of shipping date.  Puppy must be picked up by 10 weeks of age or a $1.00 a day fee will be added after age 10 wks for care fees.  Our paypal email address is mmollman@hughes.net

Spay/Neuter agreement (if applicable)… If your puppy was sold to you with LIMITED papers, buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered between the ages of 7 months to 1 year.               We encourage all families that purchase their puppy as a pet to spay or neuter.

Deposits on puppies:  40% of your deposit is refundable ONLY within 5 days of the date the deposit was sent, otherwise it is NON-refundable.  Cash Refunds are given ONLY for the following reasons:  1) Animal of specification dies while at breeders home or 2) Veterinary or breeder finds unsuitable for sale.  If some unforeseen circumstances arise we will be happy to extend your deposit to the next litter.  [Our deposit amount values are always current and listed on our website]. 

Refunds on puppies after purchase:  All Sales Final.  NO CASH is ever refunded just because you change your mind, no longer want, found elsewhere, delayed flights/delivery, etc.!  Puppies will be replaced if the cause is in our guarantee.  

Credit Card or PayPal payments: I, the buyer, understand that I can not withdraw payment for any reason.  I have read this agreement fully and will abide by the terms.  I understand that  Michelle Mollman is providing a service to me by holding this puppy until full payment is received and/or puppy is delivered to me, all the proof of purchase Michelle needs to show is the date my deposit was sent and a copy of the Health Certificate that is in my name (or a member of my family) from Michelle’s vet prior to leaving.  I understand that All Sales are Final unless the puppy dies or vet or breeder finds unsuitable.   If I withdraw my paypal or credit card payment, regardless if Credit Card payment or bank transfer, Michelle Mollman is entitled to the funds Paypal withdraws from her account plus any charges / fees that my withdrawal caused.           I fully agree to these terms as stated in this contract.    INITIALS____________

Guarantees-  Color, coat types, cosmetics or reproductive organs are not guaranteed.  All of our puppies come with our Guarantee -Arrival:  This pup is guaranteed healthy and checked by our vet prior to leaving our home.  We guarantee its health for 72 hours.  If, within 72 hours after arrival (Sunday’s excluded), the puppy is examined by your vet and is found to be physically unsound, and if, within that 72 hour period the puppy is returned by the buyer to seller’s home with a written statement from the vet, stating in what respect the puppy is physically unsound (does not include curable illnesses or parasites), the puppy will be replaced.  If you neglect to take your puppy to a veterinarian for this initial examination, you will accept immediate and full responsibility for it's health and this guarantee will be voided!  Seller reserves the right to confirm problem(s) by our own Vet.  Congenital Defects:  If your puppy develops a condition in the first 30 days that dates back to the fetal stage and this condition would severely impact the quality of life short of euthanasia, you will receive a replacement puppy, vet diagnose must be faxed to us and confirmed by our vet before puppy will be replaced. ALL vet fees are buyers responsibility!  NO CASH REFUNDS!  Should the buyer abide by our full policies*, they qualify for our Additional We do not guarantee for hypoglycemia – buyer insures that your toy or mini size puppy eats every few hours and that any puppy eats regularly a minimum of 3 times a day.  Transportation and/or shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We accept returns of our puppies in the first 6 months, for any reason, all travel expenses are buyers responsibility.  We do not give cash back on returns.  Puppy replacement possible on a puppy return depending on reason on puppies return.  If we can rehome the puppy, then buyer can receive 70% of the resale price.  ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS ONCE THE PUPPY HAS LEFT OUR HOME.  We reserve the right to have any vet records inspected by our vet for confirmation/verification.  Failure to send the puppy purchase agreement, filled out in full,  renders the guarantee Null and Void!
